‘S ann air Feadan Leìt a bha an airigh againn: 'Our shieling was on Feadan Leìt'. 'When you woke in the morning and saw the sun coming in, you wouldn’t wish to get up. The air was so clean and you could look out and see the loch in front of the shieling. You might see ducks, and you would hear grouse. When you were on your own there, you never saw a better place. When you went to bed you would hear the birds singing, and that was a pass-time in itself.' Iain Campbell (Iain Ailean, Bradhagair), Comann Eachdraidh an Taobh Siar archive.
